Handling complaints during the coronavirus (COVID-19 outbreak)
Please note, the Department for Education has published on 9 April that they do not expect schools to handle new or existing complaints while they are closed. The Academy, however, will still engage with parents and students where we can.
Complaints will be considered once the government confirms the Academy can safely reopen.
